Problem Statement

Insurance brokers were struggling with a fragmented workflow across multiple tools. Communication between brokers, insurers, and clients required constant tab-switching, leading to errors and delays in policy processing.

Solution

Redesigned the broker-insurer-client workflow into a unified, step-by-step email composer with embedded uploads and templates. This eliminated tab switching, reduced errors, and accelerated turnaround times.
